Does anyone have any idea if there is a SuSE package for the FrontPage extensions? I have been "requested" to install them and I would like to do it ASAP.
Not a Suse package but try this http://msdn.microsoft.com/workshop/languages/fp/2000/unixfpse.asp -- Togan Muftuoglu toganm@turk.net 100% MS FREE Absolutely no component of Microsoft was used in the generation or posting of this e-mail. So it is virus free

It's in a howto. Have a look here http://www.faure.de/Apache+SSL+PHP+fp-howto-1p.html Later, Tim

In the apache docs that come with suse6.4, in /usr/doc/packages/apache/README.SuSE; it states" the fronpage extensions are considered a dirty hack; therefore they are not included". I believe it. I went to install the frontpage extensions, and the package was bigger than apache itself. And there was no way to see what it was doing, it was so obfuscated. But don't let me deter you. :-)

I would recommend using the WebDAV module instead - this is standardized and AFAIK supported by MS FrontPage as well.
