Hello: Is there a way to completely disable xorg's automatic device detection and configuration? I would like xorg to act according and ONLY according to my xorg.conf file. (That is if I remove my xorg.conf file the X servers should fail.) Is this possible in openSUSE 12.1? For example in my xorg.conf file only 2 resolutions are allowed for my monitor but krandrtray (in KDE 3.5.10) lists 24 possibilities, which is annoying. In previous opensuse/xorg only the options listed in my xorg.conf were shown by krandrtray.
