[opensuse] Why does man gpg talk about gpg2, not gpg?
opensuse 11.3 I do man gpg2 and it advises I use gpg for embedded applications which is what I want. So I do man gpg and I get the same man page. :( (actually I want to have gpg in a command-line pipe, not embedded but either way it would be nice to read the gpg man page) Greg -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse+help@opensuse.org

There is no gpg (1.x) in openSUSE 11.3 AFAIK. Wolfgang -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse+help@opensuse.org

you're right. gpg is just a link to gpg2. But it looks like gpg2 can be used for what I want, so I'm set. Thanks Greg -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse+help@opensuse.org
