makeSUSEdvd v0.11 not creating any DVD iso image
After following a couple of threads on making DVD from the CD iso images, I downloaded the makeSUSEdvd script from the link on opensuse.org website expecting to create a DVD from the 5 iso images. However, the DVD iso image is eluding me. Sorry for posting a lengthy transcript of my console window. I just want to ensure I am not anything stupid. I guess, the script has errors in it, I'll try to figure out the problem and post a solution if I am able to fix it. In the mean time if anyone has an older version, that works, please send it to me. <transcript> root@genesis:/data1/iso/suse/rc1/amd64 > # ~arunk/bin/makeSUSEdvd -o DVD-iso Putting the DVD ISO in DVD-iso . OK. Version 0.12 is online I have tested it and it worked. What you need to do though is give the full path to the directory: makeSUSEdvd /data1/iso/suse/rc1/amd64/DVD-iso Should do more checks when I change things. The cause was a $TEMP_DIR I forgot to change and a VOL_NAMING I forgot to add. houghi -- Quote correct (NL) http://www.briachons.org/art/quote/ Zitiere richtig (DE) http://www.afaik.de/usenet/faq/zitieren Quote correctly (EN) http://www.netmeister.org/news/learn2quote.html
