In Leap 15.4, there doesn't seem to be an icon for Konsole. I just see a blank area and it's not listed in icons under applications.

put one there. locate konsole link /usr/share/applications/org.kde.konsole.desktop to the desktop you have been running openSUSE for many years now, it is a simple action. -- (paka)Patrick Shanahan Plainfield, Indiana, USA @ptilopteri http://en.opensuse.org openSUSE Community Member facebook/ptilopteri Photos: http://wahoo.no-ip.org/piwigo paka @ IRCnet oftc

I have already found a terminal icon. However, I am pointing out things that are broken. I have lots of experience but someone else might not. How are they supposed to handle stuff like that? Also that link you provided doesn't seem to have a konsole icon, only konsolecalendar.
