Hello, I've downloaded SuSE 7.3 to my hard disk and tried to install a new system from there. No success. I've gunzipped 7.3/suse/images/root to 7.3/suse/setup/inst-img (a necessary step I learned from the 7.1 reference mnual). After booting from the install boot diskette and specifying the install disk partition and directory, the setup program says 'Cannot find the image' and on vt3 I can see 'Trying to loopmount /var/.../inst-img' and then 'loopmount returns -1'. The funny is that this method works if I use the boot diskette made for the 7.2 distribution. It seems as the loopmount device has been left out from the 7.3 install kernel. Any solution?
