I have SuSE 8.1 Pro and would like to upgrade to 9.1 without losing the "Pro" version's features. Can someone please point me in the right direction?
This is from Suse Store: This special UPDATE version is designed for users who already have a previous version of SuSE LINUX installed. The contents of the box are the same as SuSE LINUX Professional 9.1 with the exception of the manuals. This package contains a printed Administration Manual rather than the full printed manual set found in the other box (the rest of that documentation is on the discs in .PDF format however). By reading the above it looks as though since you have a previous version of Suse all you need is the upgrade (update) -- Check the headers for your unsubscription address For additional commands send e-mail to suse-linux-e-help@suse.com Also check the archives at http://lists.suse.com Please read the FAQs: suse-linux-e-faq@suse.com Cheers, wmeler

Yes the store. SuSE doesn't have teh disks, except for the Live Evaluation available for dl, they do have an FTP version, but you aren't going to get the software you's get from the boxed set. I ftp'd all 6+ Gigs to my my install of 9.0 Mike -- and that was fun, no really!!!
