[opensuse] Suse 10.2 +Parallels +USB
Using Parallels 2.2 rel 2204, if I plug in a usb drive, I get error message in WinXP that it cannot connect to USB port. If I open Parallels as root, it then works, that is, it shows up in windows exporer and I can access the files on the drive. This must be a permissions problem but I have no idea what file to fix so that parallels can access a USB device. Any suggestions? Finally found solution on parallels forum Had USB group already, just added devgid=1000,devmode=0664 to the usbfs line in /etc/fstab. Art -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse+help@opensuse.org
