Importing and Exporting all the time is not so hot.

Konqueor supports using Netscape bookmarks, without importing. Perhaps that could be used with Firefox?

How do you use them without importing? I couldn't find an 'option' for that. (although there are so many options it would have been easy to miss one).

(later) Well, I just found an option 'Show Netscape bookmarks' in the Bookmark manager but it doesn't seem to do anything. I'll investigate a little more... maybe it doesn't find Firefox bookmarks.

OK, sorted that... Firefox stores its bookmarks (on my setup anyway) in: $HOME/.mozilla/default/abcdefgh.slt/bookmarks.html So I edited .kde/share/config/kbookmarkrc and edited this section: [DynamicMenu-netscape] Location=$HOME/.mozilla/default/abcdefgh.slt/bookmarks.html Name=Mozilla Bookmarks Show=true Type=netscape to point to the bookmarks file.
