If found an anomaly with kmorph3d.kss. A few days ago, when I got up I found my terminal would not wake up. I tried to do a few things like kill kde. I logged in through my laptop and performed a proper shutdown and reboot. The same thing happened this morning, but I took a closer look at the system, and killed kmorph3d.kss. The only thing that gave me a clue was that kmorph3d.kss was in a runnable/low priority (RN) state and had accumulated a lot of CPU time. I've got my system set up to suspend after 45 mins. I do have the screen saver enabled also. I just disabled it to see if I have the same problem. It also seems to occur overnight, not during the day where I might be gone for a few hours. -- Jerry Feldman <gaf@blu.org> Boston Linux and Unix user group http://www.blu.org PGP key id:C5061EA9 PGP Key fingerprint:053C 73EC 3AC1 5C44 3E14 9245 FB00 3ED5 C506 1EA9
