[opensuse] disabling KDE services across the board
Hello everybody, Just wondering if anybody knows of a good way to disable KDE services (upgrade search, cataloguing services like Beagle, etc.) for all KDe users on a given machine? These things seem to take up way too much resources and they don't seem to be all that useful... Thanks. Boris. -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse+help@opensuse.org

Start with removing beagle which can be done safely and you'll see a dramatic difference. -- Ken Schneider SuSe since Version 5.2, June 1998 -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse+help@opensuse.org
