Hello all. I`m using OpenSuSE 10.2 and I have a strange problem since I updated my KDE with all of the latest updates from the official repos. Now I don`t have any removable device and when i insert a floppy, cd/dvd disk it is not recognized and not mounted. K3B says no cd writing device found. I have updated the kernel since i feared that the automount function has damaged but still nothing. Can you help me on this? -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse+help@opensuse.org

Which official repos? I'd be careful about blindly installing things from, e.g. KDE:Backports; a lot of the packages are auto-rebuilds from the Factory tree. Regards, -- Michel -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse+help@opensuse.org

Regards,
Here is a screenshot of my Software Sources. Can you tell me which sources are safe to use and which are not and how to fix my problem. :) Thank you in advance!
