Has anyone been able to connect to AOL's IM service using KAIM, GAIM or Everybuddy? I lost my connection at work today using GAIM and couldn't get back on. I got home and none of them work..but the office AIM client works fine. I guess they changed the protocal again. :/ -- Ben Rosenberg mailto:ben@whack.org ----- The only argument for the superiority of Windows over UNIX is that General Protection Fault outranks Colonel Panic.

No problems here, just logged in via GAIM...What did you do them? :-) Matt
It works for me, I am using Everybuddy, I have faced such a problem
in the past, just keep on trying to reconnect, it should work.

I upgraded Gaim to the latest version and it connected. Everybuddy just
never was able to connect.. Gaim works...so does AIM.
Thanks :)

I just tried getting on with "kit". No problem. Can't vouch for the other clients, of course. Paul
