I was able to run Opera 8.5 on my SUSE 10 installation for a while, but for the last several days, it will produce a segmentation fault (for both normal and root accounts). I've uninstalled and reinstalled via APT, but same issue. The version is: Opera 8.5 . Build 1358 for Linux. Qt library 3.3.5 Any ideas? -- Cheers, Trey ---- A diplomat is a man who can convince his wife she'd look stout in a fur coat. I'm running quite the same, same version, same build, only Qt library is 3.3.4, and I had no problem until now. Thierry -- The problem with the world is stupidity. Not saying there should be a capital punishment for stupidity, but why don't we just take the safety labels off of everything and let the problem solve itself? Frank Zappa

What happens if you try the static version? (some versions ago, there was a static version which didn't produce this errors for me). greets Soeren
