A client's machine was recently running on the eval license but now YoU fails with a login failure which I assume is due to expiration of the eval. I have searched the Novell Customer Care site in vain for instructions on how to install the two year certificate. Can anyone point me to the instructions?

Go to www.novell.com login (upper right of the screen) Select the "Novell Customer Center" link on the page. On the right hand side select "Products and Subscriptions" then "Activate". No changes are required on the SLES server as the same user name and password will continue to be valid.
