HI
nope Martin, just no go...I used Yast to update all the files in the a1 directory and Yast squawked real bad that grep and sed were not to be found.I now have the problem when I try to re-initialize my firewall script I get the following error message:
Note: /etc/modules.conf is more recent than /lib/modules/2.2.18/modules.dep
NOW what do I do? Sed and grep are nowhere to be found still, and now parts of my firewall script (that used to work
through data that is needed (yes, the proper allowances in the ip-chains script are still there, just that
messages and I don't seem to be able to connect to the targeted site). In addition, I cannot save the ip-chains
gives screens of errors saying that sed is not
Hi Doug Did you try rpm -i --force packagename.rpm? Mazzel, Marcel On Wednesday 11 April 2001 23:50, you wrote: perfectly) won't let there are the above error script..ipchains-save there and it just
won't save.
I realize that I removed something I shouldn't have..now has anyone any ideas as to where I can find sed and grep?
Thank you all that may help
