Well, AFAIK screensavers are set by the window manager. So look in KDE Control Center and all the other windows manager configurations you've got. I use KDE with an Aqua theme, but my window decorations are IceWM. Maybe you have a similar setup and the screensaver is getting activated by something other than KDE.
