Then,
1. mkdir /tmp/foo
2, cd /tmp/foo 2. unzip w16.2.1-k5.16.zip in /tmp/foo directory 3. cd vmware-host-modules-w16.2.1-k5.16
$ make

$ tar -cf vmmon.tar vmmon-only
and
$ tar -cf vmnet.tar vmnet-only

$ sudo rm -f /usr/lib/vmware/modules/source/*.tar
$ sudo mv *.tar /usr/lib/vmware/modules/source

$ sudo vmware-modconfig --console --install-all
