Is your USB 2.0? I have the same problem with my Apacer USB Flash Driver 2. I think that this happens because Linux kernel 2.4.x is not compatible with USB 2.0. The future kernel 2.6 maybe solve this incompatibility. It just seems weird as I can mount the microdrive in one of the slots, but cannot mount any of the others. It does say it is @ 1.5 Mbps when doing hwinfo --usb which is usb1, isn't it? I would assume that the detection is working, just not of any of the other slots :/
