If you're a SLES user you most likely bought it with a support contract. Make use of it and call novell :) For 'simple' stuff it is very alike to openSUSE and we MIGHT be able to help you here too. Just post them here, there are some SLES admins around and it's practically the same as administering Opensuse. Not long ago the suse-sles-e list was recreated at http://listx.novell.com/mailman/listinfo/suse-sles-e, but the traffic is almost null.... :)) Yes, we have a support contract BUT .... It is complicated as to why I cannot use it accordingly ... My question is how can I add a SuSE update server to SLES 9, to get SLES 9 patches and updates? I have searched the Novell website, but nothing at all. I had to do this just the other day. The following worked like a charm. http://support.novell.com/techcenter/articles/SLES_Updating.html John -----Original Message----- From: LDB [mailto:ldbout@gmail.com] Sent: Thursday, April 03, 2008 2:45 PM To: Ciro Iriarte Cc: opensuse@opensuse.org Subject: Re: [opensuse] SLES 9 Question On Apr 3, 2008, at 2:28 PM, Ciro Iriarte wrote:
