How many processors for SuSE 9.1 Pro?
I was wondering - I know that SLES 8 will run 8 processors, but what about the 9.1 Pro version? In particular, we have an older 4-way Pentium Pro 200 box and was wondering if 9.1 Pro would support SMP on it? For that matter, how many modern (AMD32 or 64-bit) processors can SuSE 9.1 Pro support "out-of-the-box"? Thanks! Ryan Hulslander

The kernel supports up to 128 CPUs without recompiling. Don't ask me how well it scales to that number though. 4 is no problem at all
