Some package obviously recommends or depends on snapper, but you are the boss and you decide you do not want it. Go ahead. The systemd disobeys and installs it again. So spank it. Taboo the package. Done. You can also disable recommends, but that affects ALL recommends from ALL packages. I would not recommend that. :-) - -- Cheers, Carlos E. R. Yes. If something doesn't work because of a not installed recommendation, that would be a bug. But if you do not switch recommendations off (either by command-line option --no-recommends for zypper, or by setting installRecommends=no in /etc/zypp/zypper.conf) it will eventually be pulled in again. -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse+owner@opensuse.org

Not if you taboo the package. -- Cheers / Saludos, Carlos E. R. (from 42.2 x86_64 "Malachite" at Telcontar)
