Does anyone know what the difference is with the latest KDE packages (2.2-20) that have been put on the SuSE ftp?

Yes! It looks like Koffice 1.1 is out. Look at the rpm description: koffice 1.1: Koffice is an eager project concerned with the creation of a free office suite for KDE 2. It does not have the rc-1 extension anymore. -- Cheers, Jonathan
Did you ACTUALLY get the packages? and are they for 7.2? * Jonathan Drews (j.e.drews@worldnet.att.net) [010826 11:08]: ->On Sunday 26 August 2001 11:14 am, you wrote: ->> Does anyone know what the difference is with the latest KDE packages ->> (2.2-20) that have been put on the SuSE ftp? -> -> -> Yes! Yes Ben: these look like the packages that are to work with Koffice 1.1, SuSE 7.2. I looked into kdebase.rpm, which I just downloaded, and it is kdebase 2.2.0-22 built on 24 Aug 2001 -- Cheers, Jonathan

Hi Brian: Yes it is a good idea to download evreything again. SuSE advises so:
Please note when updating any packages: Already installed packages listed at KDE2 base packages have to be of the same version as listed there. If unsure update all base packages!
