pppd: Terminate Request (Message: "Peer not responding")
With 7.1 my Internet dialup connection disconnects with the subject message. This has only started the last few days, previously no problem. I've knowingly made no changes to my setup. I connect at 50666+. Does "Peer not responding" refer to my computer (or a problem within) or remote entities? In either case what is the solution? -- ceh1

Peer not responding is talking about the remote computer. If your ISP has a different dialup number (and thus a different modem pool/server), try it.
