Don't have a clue. Never heard of a wireless usb stick. Do you just hold the stick somewhere near the computer and it magically makes a usb connection? That'd be really cool!

Um yes. I use google. For question #1, try mythTV.org - there was a lot of discussion on this post about it recently. There was also a great article in Linux Journal or Linux Magaine recently.
