Using swap with 9.2 LiveDVD
Hi I've d/loaded the LiveDVD for 9.2, but none of the machines available have the 300+MB necessary to run it. Does anyone know if / how I could get it to use the swap partition on the box I want to boot it on? I've looked at the readme in its directory on the ftp server, and at the contents of the disk itself and found nothing relevant. Also, I couldn't mount the cloop.img file because I don't know what filesystem it is. Cheers Dylan -- "I see your Schwartz is as big as mine" -Dark Helmet

I only have 256 megs of memory and I ran the 9.2 LiveCD just fine, just using available ram. Wait, it may have recognized my swap partition from my current SUSE setup, I'll have to go back and boot it again, I don't remember ( senior moment?) -- Paul Cartwright Registered Linux user # 367800
