Redirecting system errors from /var/spool/mail/user

Recently I setup a shared mailbox for myself between Kmail and Pine. The only problem now is that cron and other system services are still sending error messages to /var/spool/mail/user. I'd like to have those sent to my personal box. Does anyone know how to change this? I assume it's a setting in Postfix, but I couldn't get it to work right. (I use SuSE 8.1.) Preston

You can use procmail to deliver the mail wherever you want. Put '|procmail' in your .forward file and :0 * ~user/Mail/whatever in your ~/.procmailrc. If you want all users to use procmail you can set POSTFIX_MDA=procmail in /etc/sysconfig/postfix. -- -ckm
