[opensuse] LibreOffice 6
I see LibreOffice 6 is available from https://download.opensuse.org/repositories/LibreOffice:/6.0/openSUSE_Leap_42... Will it be available in the usual Yast update? Or do I have to add the repository? tnx jk -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse+owner@opensuse.org

tnx jk As usual, Leap X.y will stick to the version that X.y came with. This to guarantee openqa tested stability. Same goed for kernel, KDE, GNOME etc versions. So no, no updates to LO 6 on Leap 42.x Leap 15 has it though.

Actually, I tried that, before I posted. All I found was a site with an annoying amount of animation, but no info on release dates. BTW, why do so many web site developers think that such annoying "features", such as text bouncing around, etc. are useful? It's downright irritating, when you're looking for information, but can't find something that sits still long enough to be useful. -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse+owner@opensuse.org

NAICT, mainly because most web page templates and software is created mostly by young people for young people maltrained by 13 or more years in indoctrination centers, TV, movies, game consoles and cell phones to become disoriented when they are trying to utilize anything that doesn't change every 3-4 seconds. Just another example of the loss of literacy and ability/desire to read :-( At this rate, we'll soon be back to the pre-Victorian state where only scribes and accountants could actually read and write :-( Cheers, Wol -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse+owner@opensuse.org

Don't you think that if one has to employ google to find the openSUSE roadmap, instead of simply going to www.opensuse.org and maybe clicking on a link or two, that there might be something just a wee bit off with www.opensuse.org?
