ANy good screen grab programs for Linux that work as well as Paint Shop Pro?
I need to do some Oracle documentation that needs to be relateively professional looking, however, the colors and display of the Oracle install look crappy when exporting the display to a Windows PC running Exceed. I need to either a) get the screen grabs from the Linux box (which I prefer) or b) somehow get the colors and display to appear right via Exceed. I am running SuSe 7.0. Thanks a bunch, CC

Check out Gnome's screenshooter applet. It's pretty nice. What makes it sweet is that it's fast to use. Just one click and the shot is taken...faster than logging into AOL (AOL is click click click). I have used xv, gimp, or the kde2 version of screen capture (Under the graphics menu) All seem to work ok -- On Tuesday 17 April 2001 12:19, Just Another SuSE User wrote:

Never trust a man in a suit -- cll
GIMP can do it. There is also something that is in the SuSE install of
GNOME that can do it. But, I like GIMP.
