If you have either wireplumber or pipewire-media-session, you're good to go.
Then,
$ systemctl --user daemon-reload
$ systemctl --user start pipewire.service pipewire-pulseaudio.service wireplumber.service
and, check if the volume is not zero by alsamixer.
