To be clear: you have packages from 42.3 in your 15.0 install. This one, at least:
# rpm -qf /usr/lib64/libmodman.so.1 libmodman1-2.0.1-20.3.x86_64
I posted an hour ago how to find out with rpm the list of packages that are not from 15.0. You have to find them all and update them. With rpm command. Or at least, those that zypper needs.
