I think the question is probably where or how you get a version of JAD that is built with the proper library dependencies (JAD is not a Java program, it is written in C++).
Did you try the statically linked version (http://www.kpdus.com/jad/linux/jadls158.zip)? That should work, while the dynamically linked one is vulnerable to the kind of library mismatch you're experiencing.
I was going to suggest that you get the sources and build a copy on the system in question. Well, except for this (from http://www.kpdus.com/jad.html#download):
Q1: Is the source code of Jad available?
A1: Currently I have no plans to release the Jad source code for any purposes including porting to other computer platforms.
