Hello, I'm from Brazil. I'm currently at Ubuntu 14.04. I would like to test the opensuse on live cd.tem option to test the opensuse on live cd before installing? thank you Hi, welcome,
You can, but only for Leap 15 and Tumbleweed. http://download.opensuse.org/distribution/leap/15.0/live/ http://download.opensuse.org/tumbleweed/iso/ Notice that you can simply copy the image to a raw USB stick, and you get a system that once booted you can write to it. Carlos, what exactly do you mean by "you can simply copy the image to a raw USB stick"? Essentially:

Refer to this for details: https://en.opensuse.org/Create_installation_USB_stick Sorry, this is the corrct link:
I asked the question because I have never attempted at putting the system onto a USB 'Schtik' but I have, of course, used CDs/DVDs for this purpose. What you said above, ''dd if=image ...", I believe would merely copy the iso image to a USB stick -- which is what Carlos said to the OP to do -- but I have always _burned_ the image using 'k3b' to a CD/DVD so the copying bit intrigued me. Now that I have read the URL you give above, I will create a bootable USB using 'imagewriter'.
