I paid for S.u.S.E. versions for years because I didn't have a high speed internet connection. Probably at least 10 versions between v5.3 & v9.3 over 7 years.
Me too. I bought just about every boxed set they sold, and still have several on the shelf, the others I gave to employees. I didn't always use these, but they were like 50 bucks or so and I just did it to support them and get another set of manuals. And this was even after we DID have high speed internet. I stopped buying them when they stopped making them back in the Novell days. And we also had two paid SLES server subscriptions in house, and three others that we recommended for client sites. I also ordered rack-mounts that came with SLES installed. -- After all is said and done, more is said than done. -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse+owner@opensuse.org
