Hi! I am trying to create a remote X server machine on my small lan. The machine I am trying to install it to has Slackware 7.0 installed and is allready a mail www, nfs and smb server (telnet too ofcourse). I am having problems connectin and setting up X on that machine couse it uses a noname graphic card which IMHO uses svga X server at its best and allways forces 320x200 mode allthough the monitor is set up to use 1280x1024 mode. I don't know if that matters much couse I will only connect to it via remote machine with a lot better graphic card. Could someone please assist me with this problem. THX in advance!
