I tried in my area Exclusive Books, CNA, Incredible conn, Dion-wired. Nothing.
Does it have to be a "brick and mortar" shop? Have you looked at Amazon? Or kalahari.net? I did a quick scan for Perl on Kalahari and came up with quite a few hits... a bit long on the delivery time though.
