Does it have to be a "brick and mortar" shop? Have you looked at Amazon? Or kalahari.net? I did a quick scan for Perl on Kalahari and came up with quite a few hits... a bit long on the delivery time though.

Have you tried Juta and its neighbors (blankout, cant remember their names, but the 3 of them are all very close to each other) bookstores, they keep alot of these "academic" books.

University bookshops tend to be good for computer science books, although Pascal (and Delphi?) may be a bit dated now. Have you tried Amazon?
