Does it try to mount that flash drive on EACH mail send? Or only that one you posted?
In the Tbird/Monkey setups did you have archives or sent-mail on a flash drive at one point and just left it in the config by accident?
I don't think I've ever sent/received a file directly to a flash drive, on any computer. Regardless, I tried rebooting this computer and the problem has cleared, so I have no idea what caused it. I also don't get those flash drive errors now.
I also assume that at one point some USB stick or alike had been mounted, and had been removed without unmounting. systemd gets really nasty in those cases, keeping a service in failed state that can cause a lot of irritations (like you are no longer able to mount that unit if you reconnect it...) Too late now, but I *assume* that a 'systemctl reset-failed' would have cured the issue...
