Hi all! I tried to run Maya for evaluation the other day. The following thing happens: (as user) rikjoh@sparhawk:~> /usr/aw/maya/bin/maya rikjoh@sparhawk:~> Conflict in /opt/kde3/lib/kde3/plugins/styles/keramik.so: Plugin uses incompatible Qt library (3.3.1)! Conflict in /opt/kde3/lib/kde3/plugins/styles/kthemestyle.so: Plugin uses incompatible Qt library (3.3.1)! Conflict in /opt/kde3/lib/kde3/plugins/styles/highcolor.so: Plugin uses incompatible Qt library (3.3.1)! Conflict in /opt/kde3/lib/kde3/plugins/styles/light.so: Plugin uses incompatible Qt library (3.3.1)! Failed to load m5opa from .:lib:../lib:/opt/kde3/lib64/kde3/plugins:/opt/kde3/lib/kde3/plugins/: \ /home/rikjoh/.kde/lib/kde3/plugins/:/home/rikjoh: \ /home/rikjoh/../lib:/home/rikjoh/lib (as root) sparhawk:~ # /usr/aw/maya/bin/maya sparhawk:~ # Failed to load m5opa from .:lib:../lib: \ /root:/root/../lib:/root/lib As far as i can see i use qt3-3.3.3-6 which should explain the warnings: rikjoh@sparhawk:~> rpm -q qt3 qt3-3.3.3-6 So that is not too surpricing.. :) But how come users get the Qt warning and root doesn't? (The missing m5opa is another problem, ill look into that later) -- /Rikard ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Rikard Johnels email : rikjoh@norweb.se Web : http://www.rikjoh.com Mob : +46 735 05 51 01 ------------------------ Public PGP fingerprint ---------------------------- < 15 28 DF 78 67 98 B2 16 1F D3 FD C5 59 D4 B6 78 46 1C EE 56 >
