[opensuse] Upgrade Windows to Windows 10

At the end of this month I can windows 7 on my laptop upgrade to Windows 10 with undoubtly it's UEFI-BIOS. Wil my openSUSE 13.1 survive that? And if not how can I then install 13.1 again? T.i.a.
