I had big problems setting up a dual boot on an earlier thread. Sorry I can't get there as it's been formatted. Anyway: I first used the Maxtor Maxblast software (Novell approval stamp on box) to reformat half my drive into Fat32. It also has some disk utilities on it. After installing XP I did a non-kde install because I was in a hurry. Installed Lilo rather than grub and used the default setup. 1 or 2 things I don't have time to figure out: 1.There are 100s of MBs of space I cannot acount for. I imagine these are XP setup files. 2. On a default install with SuSE 9.1 it says MBR will remain untouched and there are many new boot options to invetigate. I will not recommend 9.1 as a dual boot for anyone other than a hobbyist who has system boot utilities. Grub or the boot system or something else really sucks and needed to be fixed before the release.(I have installed dual boots for the past 6 years and have never been so frustrated as I have been on these 4 machines) One surprise again: my usb keyboard works
