boot mode and printer setup in 8.0

Hi, Two question: 1. how to switch boot mode from graphical to ASCII mode [ yast1 could do this but is no yast1 in 8.0 can yast2 do this ?] 2. I can't setup my printer, it is OKIPAGE 6ex in HP mode [yast2 complain about parallel port ] [at the time of instalation system recognized printer correctly as a OKIPAGE 6ex ] Any suggestion will be really appreciate j
