Hello, I used to run debian sarge and Red Hat on the same machine, and there was no problems about sharing /home. You have to create special users for each distribution, because various versions of some tools will create different config-files. (the .files ;) Just install the distributions and set the /home-Partition to the same partition, e.g. /dev/sda3 ... My config: /dev/sda1 debian / /dev/sda2 Red Hat / /dev/sda3 shared swap /dev/sda4 /home No problems, so far :) Greetings, Sebastian
