Hi,
I installed thunderbird on my openSuse 11. I can't seem to find an entry for it in : Applications ---> Internet ---> Email.
I have run thunderbird from command line for now. Is there a fix for this?
If you run gnome, add it to your favorites. if you run kde, you can easily create a launcher for any app including thunderbird. I run KDE. I think you are right that a launcher can be created and I will do that. But why does it not appear in the menu? It wasn't the case in 10.3.
How did you install it? Was it a suse rpm, or did you install the thunderbird tarball from mozilla.com? Also, is it kde 3.5, or kde 4? It is kde 4 and I did it through "Install Software" option.
