If I try to start yast, and tries to fix it, nothing happen, all the changes that I make, yast just skip it. Gunnar
How about zypper? Try zypper remove the grid kernel and install the default kernel.

Zypper does not work either, I get a missing zypper.so 600 or something And Yast is not working. Help !!!!
I wonder what you did to your system. It sounds as if you updated to the latest Factory, not the 11.1 updates. libzypp.so is in the 600+ range only in Factory. I suspect your system is no longer an 11.1, but rather something like 11.2 pre-pre-pre-alpha. You should probably reinstall. And next time, don't add Factory as a repository. Factory is always in a state of semi-brokenness except just around the time of a release. It should only be used by people who do development and/or beta testing Anders -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse+help@opensuse.org
