The directory of kernel headers (version 2.4.3) does not match your running kernel (version 2.4.4-4GB). Consequently, even if the compilation of the module was successful, the module would not load into the running kernel.

You need to copy version.h which matches your kernel version from /boot (where it is called like vmlinuz.version.h) to /usr/include/linux/version.h -Kastus
