If you do not want your pc's sending data to these sites block them in your router. If you can't talk to them you can't send them any data.
How quaint :) I used to have a lot of lines in my /etc/hosts file: 127.0.0.1 doubleclick.net But nowadays Adblock, NoScript and Ghostery seem to do a reasonable job if you're using Firefox.
