Already did both, with no change.
Did you just change the value of lcp-echo-failure or did you comment it out? If you did the former try commenting it out completely.

I commented them both out, yet just found that I still had "lcp-max-configure" and "lcp-restart" uncommented. Making that change now. Will report back if that's a fix. Thanks for the idea!
