openSUSE-10.3-GM-Addon-Lang-x86_64.iso Same for 64bit
openSUSE-10.3-GM-Addon-NonOss-BiArch.iso Contains additional packages with non free(as in speech) software, use it if you want them.. (32 and 64 bit)
openSUSE-10.3-GM-GNOME-i386.iso oS with gnome, for installing
openSUSE-10.3-GM-GNOME-x86_64.iso Same as above in 86 bit
openSUSE-10.3-GM-GNOME-Live-i386.iso oS as live-CD/DVD - you put the disc in and it boots an oS system for you - usually slower than a real installed system, but good to let others test it or if you need a unix system somewhere. Uses Gnome as desktop. 32 bit
openSUSE-10.3-GM-i386-mini.iso oS minimal version - just the very basic tools, if you want a small download. 32 bit
openSUSE-10.3-GM-x86_64-mini.iso And the same in 64 bit
