with this kind of response suse turns its back on the home user that made suse what it is i install 9.3 last week and they tell me my support terminated.... THE SUPPORT IS 90 DAYS OF WHAT, WHEN DO THE 90 DAYS BEGING?
these are the things that pist me off of SUSE
90 days from the moment you registered it. Not 90 days from the day one needs support. If you registered 65 days ago and they are saying this then you have a complaint. As far as the installation support. It's just that support getting it *installed*.. not configured. It has never, ever, ever, ever been like this. Not when I first started using SUSE (4.2), not when I worked for SUSE (6.2 - 7.2) and it isn't now. Sorry. -ben BTW. I'm sure somone on this list can help you with this issue. Send an email with all the details and someone will pick up the ball. Otherwise you can get a card known to work. I know Fred and others have spoken of WiFi cards that give no issues. My Intel Pro that came with my Dell worked with no issue. -- "There is no need to teach that stars can fall out of the sky and land on a flat Earth in order to defend religious faith."
